The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Wednesday sent a written message to President of Afghanistan Dr Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries and the ways to develop them. The message was delivered by Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counterterrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution HE Dr Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani during a meeting with the Afghan president in Kabul. During the meeting, they reviewed the current developments in Afghanistan and the ongoing peace negotiations in Doha. (QNA)
