President of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani, paid a visit on Saturday to the Qatari delegation’s headquarters in the Sports Village for the 32nd Summer Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.
Sheikh Joaan met with the Qatari team and urged them to give an honorable performance. He also toured the Qatari mission building and was briefed on the progress of work and procedures carried out by the Qatari administrative delegation, praising their efforts to facilitate tasks related to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics participation.
Sheikh Joaan also met with President of Kuwait Olympic Committee (KOC) HE Sheikh Fahad Nasser Al-Sabah, at his Tokyo residence. They discussed bilateral relations, aspects of sports cooperation, and ways to support and develop them during the meeting.
