Assistant Foreign Minister and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met with Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Qatar HE Dr. Bart de Grove, on the occasion of the end of his tenure.
