Minister of Transport HE Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti held separate meetings with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investment and Aviation of The Bahamas I. Chester Cooper; Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation of Somalia Fardowsa Osman Igaal; and Permanent Representative of Costa Rica on the ICAO Council Guillermo Hoppe Pacheco. The Minister of Transport also met with Minister of Transport of Canada Omar Alghabra and Minister of Civil Aviation of India Jyotiraditya Scindia. The meetings came on the sidelines of Qatar’s participation in the meetings of the 41st Session of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Assembly in Montreal in Canada. During the meetings, they reviewed Qatar’s relations with each of the countries in the fields of transportation, air transportation and civil aviation, as well as the ways to develop them.
