The virtual exhibition brought together international and local experts with experience and expertise in patient-centered care and wellness in public health.
The forum was held under the theme ‘Compassion in Action: Spreading Kindness’. All exhibitors stressed the importance of exchanging ideas and experiences to improve the patient experience in health care.
Over 3,000 healthcare workers attended this premier event, all of whom participated in lectures, workshops and webinars over the weekend.
The View Hospital and the Korean Medical Centre, operated by Elegancia Healthcare, will expand the local healthcare and medical technology industry in Qatar and the region. To enhance and diversify the range of medical services offered in Qatar, Elegancia Group will open The Korean Medical Centre (KMC) and The View Hospital next year.
The Korean Medical Centre will provide specialised medical care in collaboration with Korean operators, including Korean plastic surgery, all in one of the most modern hospital buildings in the region with over 30,000 square metres of state-of-the-art healthcare technology.
The View Hospital will be a 242-bed luxurious healthcare facility located in Lusail. The View will become a pioneer institution of its type combining clinical excellence and patient-centred care, with the support and guidance of exclusive partner Cedars-Sinai, a leading US healthcare provider company.
Elegancia Healthcare Cluster Chief Executive Officer Bassam Sayad said, “These two medical facilities will operate based on international standards of care and will feature the latest technology and will be constantly upgraded to make Qatar a medical and healthcare destination for medical tourists.”
