World-renowned Chef Peter Lloyd of London’s award-winning Sticky Mango will return to JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha to launch a new menu and kick off a two-year partnership with the hotel’s signature Pan-Asian restaurant, Shanghai Club. Diners can savour the epicurean flair of Shanghai Club’s mastermind menu, which Chef Peter Lloyd and the restaurant’s culinary team created in collaboration. In addition, from November 17 to 20, guests can reserve a table for a delectable pop-up dinner of authentic South-East Asian favourites, hosted by Chef Peter Lloyd himself.
Chef Lloyd’s career has spanned more than 30 years, during which time he has held prestigious positions in the food industry, including senior positions in some of London’s most opulent kitchens. One of his most notable achievements is his appointment as Executive Chef to fellow Marriott International restaurant, Spice Market at the W Hotel London, by world-renowned 2 Michelin star Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

The exclusive pop-up dinner at Shanghai Club will be available on four consecutive nights for QAR200 per person. It will feature a fantastic selection of traditional South-East Asian dishes from Chef Lloyd’s reimagined restaurant menu, from November 17 to 20.
Guests will be able to experience an explosion of flavors during four days of intimate dining with Chef Lloyd, who has thoughtfully crafted a menu to ignite all taste buds, while diners soak in the stunning panoramic views of Doha from the sleek and stylish 43rd floor location of Shanghai Club.
