The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani received at the Amiri Diwan Office on Monday the credentials of five new ambassadors to the State of Qatar.
HH the Amir received the credentials of HE Sisi Abdul Karim as Ambassador of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire, HE Partik Cornell as Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya, HE Federico Alberto Cuello Camilo as Ambassador of the Dominican Republic, HE Samia Zakaria Gutu as Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and HE Igor Hajdusek as Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to the State of Qatar.
HH the Amir welcomed the new Ambassadors, wishing them success in their missions and the relations between the State of Qatar and their respective countries further progress and prosperity.
For their part, Their Excellencies the Ambassadors conveyed to HH the Amir greetings of their countries' leaders and wishes of further progress and prosperity to the Qatari people.
Their Excellencies the Ambassadors were earlier accorded official reception ceremonies at the Amiri Diwan.
