Ashghal will implement a full temporary road closure on Grand Hamad Street from Friday, December 31, 2021 for three months. During the period, Al Fanar Junction and Abdullah Bin Jassem Street will be closed completely.
The closure will facilitate the works for Central Doha and Corniche Beautification Project in coordination with the Traffic Department.
Commuters using Cornice Road can use the alternative roads such as A Ring Road Street and Jasim Bin Mohammed Street and Ali Bin Abdullah Street to reach their destination.
Ashghal will instal appropriate signagess to guide road users on the closure.
