The launch of the second phase of the Qatarisation programme in the private sector comes as a continuation of the ministry’s efforts to localize jobs in the private sector as one of its main priorities.
The Ministry of Labour called on Qatari men and women and children of Qatari women looking for work and wishing to work in the private sector, to apply for the aforementioned jobs through the National Employment Platform (Kawader), and to take advantage of the benefits offered by private sector establishments to citizens within the job localization program.
The ministry affirmed its keenness to provide all facilities and incentives that would encourage citizens to engage in work for major private sector companies, and to provide an exemplary work environment.
