His Highness the Amir of State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a written message to President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari. The message pertains to bilateral relations and the ways of enhancing and developing them. The message was handed over by Ambassador of Qatar to Nigeria HE Dr Ali bin Ghanim Al Hajri, when the President of Nigeria met him at his office in the Presidential Palace.
