Olive International School teachers were recently acquainted with the importance of differentiated instructions, experiential learning and multiple ways to incorporate these in their day-to- day teaching and learning processes.
This came as part of the school’s efforts to constantly update its teachers’ knowledge by hosting workshops for them. The series of workshops included those by India’s Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The school’s teachers participated in workshops on ‘Differentiated Instruction With Subject Wise Examples and Classroom Strategies’ by Dr. Swarup Dutta (Master Trainer; CBSE), ‘Experiential Learning, Project Based Learning and Collaborate Curriculum Sessions’ by Dr. Sapna Agrawal (Director, EDGE Academy Kota) and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy by Anuradha Bohla of Next Curriculum (Academic Trainer; Next Education).
They also participated in workshops on ‘Curriculum Training from Mylestone Publishers’ by Rupa Tete, Sonika Tyagi, Jagtar Singh, Sujata. (Academic Trainers; Mylestone), Workshop on Creativity by Dr. Jackson Maroky (VP Academics, Olive International School) and. Workshop on Conflict Management by Dr. Jackson Maroky (VP Academics, Olive International School).
The workshops were very informative and beneficial for the teachers and their pupils.
