Minister of Transport HE Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti met with Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran Rostam Ghasemi on Sunday.
The meeting held in Kish Island in Iran reviewed aspects of cooperation between Qatar and Iran in the fields of transportation, marine navigation, commercial harbours, air transportation and civil aviation, and the ways of enhancing them.
The two ministers also discussed opportunities for cooperation on the Kish Port.
Qatar’s Ambassador to Iran HE Mohammed bin Hamad Al Hajri, Director of Asian Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Yousef Sultan Larem and several senior officials from both countries attended the meeting.
