HH the Amir concluded his statements by expressing his thanks to President of the Czech Republic Milos Zeman for the warm welcome words, expressing his happiness to be in the Czech Republic, on HH the Amir’s first official visit to this beautiful country.
For his part, the Czech president expressed his great happiness at HH the Amir’s visit to the Czech Republic and accepted the invitation, referring to the friendly meeting that has taken, in addition to discussions on political and economic issues, which included the signing of an agreement on economic cooperation. He noted that the two countries will also sign an agreement to protect bilateral investments after the European Commission ratified the agreement. Also, the Czech president pointed to the previously signed agreement between the two countries on avoiding double taxation.
The Czech president concluded his statements by stressing that the discussions also dealt with the developments of the Ukrainian crisis, renewing his thanks to HH the Amir for accepting the invitation to visit the Czech Republic.
