Qatar Armed Forces on Thursday held an honouring ceremony for retiring officers under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah and in presence of Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces HE Staff Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Mohammed bin Aqeel Al Nabit. In his speech, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces thanked the retired officers for their sacrifice and generous efforts during their service in the Armed Forces. He honoured the retired officers and took group photos with them. (QNA)
