With just six months to go until the first FIFA World Cup in the Middle East and Arab world, excitement for the mega event reached fever-pitch levels in Qatar and throughout the region. Fans in Qatar got up close with the FIFA World Cup Original Trophy from May 5-10. The trophy visited a host of locations across Qatar, including Aspire Park, Lusail Marina and Msheireb Downtown Doha. The FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour concluded with a spectacular send-off event at Katara Cultural Village on Tuesday.
