Barwa Real Estate Group has announced that its subsidiary Barahat Al Janoub Real Estate Company signed a lease contract with the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, with a value of QR141.523 million.
Barwa said in a statement that the purpose of the contract is leasing all housing units in the “Barahat Al Janoub” project (which is currently being developed by Barahat Al Janoub Company in Al Wakra) for a period of six months starting from Aug. 1, 2022.
The project contains 1,404 fully furnished houses. It is expected that this contract will contribute in increasing the Group’s operating income during the lease term.
Barwa Real Estate Company was established in 2005 to be one of the leading companies in the field of real estate development and investment in Qatar.
