Qatar's Foreign Minister HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al Thani has praised the arrangements made by the Saudi Arabia government for Hajj.
"Tremendous effort made by Saudi gov. & ppl in hosting pilgrims increases the confidence of Islamic Ummah in the organizers of Hajj. SaudiArabia's organization of Hajj is a demonstration of humanitarian work. Congratulations to the Kingdom on a successful Hajj season," tweeted Qatar's foreign minister.
After performing the Hajj easily and conveniently, pilgrims from Qatar began leaving the holy city of Makkah from Wednesday night.
The first flight carrying the Qatari pilgrims left King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah in the late hours of Wednesday night to reach the Hamad International Airport after midnight. Qatar Hajj Mission continues to follow up and supervise the departure of the pilgrims to facilitate their safe and convenient arrival in Doha.
Meanwhile, Saudi Minister of Health Dr. Tawfiq bin Fowzan Al-Rabee'a announced yesterday that this year's Hajj season was epidemic free.
