Minister of Finance HE Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari headed a Qatari delegation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to attend the 116th meeting of the Financial and Economic Co-operation Committee of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The Qatari delegation included General Authority of Customs Chairman Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Jamal and General Tax Authority Chairman Ahmed bin Issa Al Mohannadi.
In the meeting, the GCC finance ministers discussed several topics of common interest, including the recommendations submitted by the GCC Committee of Governors of Monetary Institutions and Central Banks, the GCC Customs Union Authority, and the Gulf Common Market Committee. (TNN)
