A municipal cleaner in Qatar has earned a pat on the back after returning a wallet containing money and bank cards to its owner. He had found the wallet while doing his duty
Minister of Municipality HE Dr Abdulla bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie on Monday presented Mohammad Allam Kabari with a letter of appreciation on Monday.
The ministry said his actionreflected "honesty and integrity".
