Malabar Gold & Diamonds, the 6th largest jewellery retailer globally with an impressive network of more than 285 outlets spread across 10 countries, has relaunched on Thursday three of its renovated and restyled showrooms in Qatar at D Ring Road Lulu, Al Khor Mall, and Barwa Village.
The showroom at D Ring Road Lulu was inaugurated by Abdul Salam KP, vice-chairman and executive director of Malabar Group; and Shamlal Ahamed, MD-International Operations, Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
The outlet at Al Khor Mall was inaugurated by Sheik Abdulla Thani Al Thani and the branch at Barwa Village was jointly inaugurated by T. Angelina Premalatha, cousellor (Political & Commerce) at Indian embassy in Qatar; and Sheik Yahiya Al Yazidi.
Santhosh TV, regional head of Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Qatar; and Naufal T, zonal head of Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Qatar; other Malabar Gold & Diamonds management team members, customers and well-wishers were also present for the inaugural functions.
The revamped showrooms at D Ring Road Lulu, Al Khor Mall and Barwa Village will showcase a wide variety of jewellery collections across Malabar Gold & Diamonds’ various sub-brands such as Mine, Era, Ethnix, Precia, Viraaz and Starlet.
Comprising of traditional jewellery, modern jewellery, daily wear jewellery and much more, the design in Gold, Diamond and Precious gems have been curated from over 20 countries.

With the festive season offers that Malabar Gold & Diamonds has put forth, customers can get assured gold coins on gold and diamond jewellery purchase. For diamond or precious gem jewellery purchase worth QR5,000, customers will get a one-gram gold coin and for diamond and precious gem jewellery purchase worth QR3,000, they will be eligible for a half-gram gold coin. The offer will be valid until October 24, 2022.
Malabar Gold & Diamonds has introduced an exclusive line of festive jewellery collection this season, comprising of enthralling designs. With the tastes and preferences of the local Qatari population in mind, the brand has also launched ‘Bridal Jewellery collection’, showcasing both traditional bridal jewellery in 21karat gold as well as contemporary designs in diamond jewelry.
Malabar Gold & Diamonds has also launched the Pay 10 percent advance campaign, where customers can block the gold rate by paying 10 percent of the total amount as an advance, valid until October 23. At the time of purchase, if the gold rate increases, customers can purchase at the booked rate and incase it reduces, customers can purchase for the lower gold rate.
