Pida Beauty hosted a pink-inspired floral arrangement workshop on Saturday in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The goal of the workshop is to perform an act of self-love through fresh fragrant flowers in collaboration with Blumen Floral Art and Design at Le Colonial Restaurant in Alwadi Doha-MGallery Hotel Collection.
Attendees learnt the basics of flower arrangement inside their provided vase, guided by a florist from Blumen. To help enhance awareness, Alwadi Doha treats the attendees with pink drinks and a selection of pink finger food specially personalised for the event at Le Colonial restaurant.
The Self-love Series workshop was created to provide ‘Pidababes’ the opportunity to spend more time for themselves as a means of self-love while still having fun with partners.
For this Pink October, Pida Beauty has introduced a selection of other workshops, such as the tea ceremony, yoga and an upcoming clay workshop, all themed around breast cancer awareness. The Self-love Series has been a great success and has created a platform for local residents to focus on self-care.
