Huawei Consumer Business Group (CBG) opened on Thursday its second Experience Store in Qatar. The new store is located on the first floor of Place Vendome.
The inauguration consolidates Huawei’s long-standing position as a leader of technology, innovative devices and exceptional products in Qatar.
The ceremonial opening was led by Qatar Investment Promotion Agency CEO Sheikh Ali Alwaleed Al Thani and China’s Ambassador to Qatar HE Zhou Jian, Huawei Gulf North CEO Liam Zhao, and much-loved sports presenter and padel player Mohammed Saadon Al Kuwari. The event was also attended by Intertec Group CFO and Advisor to Chairman George Thomas and Chief Operating Officer Asraf NK.Intertec is Huawei’s partner and official distributor in Qatar.
Huawei Gulf North CEO Liam Zhao said, “We are thrilled to be expanding our retail presence here as an essential part of our growth objectives in Qatar. Huawei innovation has been non-stop, and we are committed to get closer with customers and partners to integrate and revolutionize the technology industry, and to better serve consumers with software and hardware ecosystems.”
Visitors to Huawei’s newest experience store in Place Vendome will also be able to purchase the latest Huawei nova 10 series, including the highly-anticipated Huawei nova 10 Pro, which has been one of the popular smartphones in Qatar. The store will house cutting edge hardware Huawei products, including: Huawei Mate Xs 2, Huawei WATCH GT 3 Pro, Huawei WATCH FIT 2, Huawei Band 7, Huawei MatePad Pro and Huawei FreeBuds Pro which aim to further simplify the daily lives of consumers.
To celebrate the grant opening, visitors will enjoy a range of offers, including cash vouchers between QR100 and QR500 and gift vouchers with up to 50 percent discount on devices purchased from the new store.
