The Rawdat Al Khail Health Center will be a coronavirus (covid-19) test-and-hold facility from Wedensday (March 18), Qatar's Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) said in a tweet on Tuesday.
All antenatal, antenatal ultra sound, well-baby and NCD appointments will be rescheduled to Omar Bin Al Khatab Health Center.
The PHCC has urged walk-in patients to avoid Rawdat Al Khail Health Center and instead visit nearby health centres such Omar Bin Al Khatab, Air Port or Um Ghawilina.
All other clinical appointments will be rescheduled to another date as soon as possible, it said.
Last week, the PHCC designated the Muaither Health Center an exclusive facility for testing, observing and quarantining individuals suspected of having contracted coronavirus (Covid-19).
