Tribune News NetworkDohaPrime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al Thani has inaugurated the Ras Laffan Hospital and the Ruwais Health and Wellness Centre for the treatment of coronavirus patients (COVID-19).The hospital will complement Qatar’s ongoing efforts to ensure that necessary resources are deployed to provide care for patients with the virus infection.The prime minister, during a tour of the hospital, was briefed on its capabilities and equipment. The hospital utilizes the latest medical technology in care and diagnostic services and has 400 beds.In addition, the hospital features an emergency service unit in the Ruwais Health Centre and a laboratory.
