QLM has announced the opening of three customer service outlets within the Arrivals and Departure Halls of Hamad International Airport (HIA), Doha.

QLM’s outlet is the first ever unit to unveil itself within the departure terminal, with other two outlets established in both arrival terminals, prior to passport control and customs at Qatar’s state-of-the-art Hamad International Airport. The outlets will offer anyone travelling to Qatar the opportunity to acquire a medical policy prior to entering the country.

The QLM outlets, which are in the Arrivals and Departures terminal, will service the oncoming 2022 FIFA World Cup fans as they play a vital role in ensuring travelers are medically covered for the duration of their stay during the month of the tournament.

Hamad International Airport includes over 40,000 square meters of retail space, with a wide variety of luxurious and top tier brands shops available to travelers. The airport accommodates 80 million passengers annually, assuming its role as the premier transit hub of the world.
