A total of 193 students of Birla Public School appeared for the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination ( Class XII ) in March 2016.
Out of these 31 percent students scored 90 percent marks and above, 84 percent students scored above 75 percent and 99 percent students scored 60 percent and above.
Birla Public School holds the topmost position in Qatar in school average this year also. Last year, Birla Public School had scored 87.66, the highest school average among all the Indian Schools in Qatar. This year also Birla Public School maintains its position of being the top amongst Indian schools by scoring an average of 84.07 percent.
In the Commerce stream, Birla tops with a percentage of 95.6 marks for Christine Abraham Lesly, holding the top position with Shantiniketan Indian School. 19 students got A1 grade in all the five subjects and 3 students scored centum in the Engineering Graphics. In all, the school got 461 A1s, in various subjects.
This year the school registered 84.57 school average in Science, while it is 82.72 in Commerce.
