As per laws in Qatar, distributing free leaflets for commercial purposes without obtaining a permit is illegal.
Recently, the Municipal Control Department of the Al Wakra Municipality detected in Al Wukair such an advertisement violation, which is banned as per the provisions of Law No. 1 of 2012 regulating and monitoring the placement of advertisements.
