The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Diplomatic Institute on Sunday celebrated the graduation of its 10th class consisting of 30 trainees.
In his speech on the occasion, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ahmed bin Hassan al Hammadi highlighted honesty, discipline, respect as well as good time management abilities as the qualities of a good diplomat.
He stressed the importance of sharpening the classical Arabic Language of diplomats since it is their mother tongue.
He called on the graduates to make a strong effort in that regard as well as obtain the skills necessary for learning other languages.
The secretary-general added that achieving a high status for a country cannot come without hard work to train people capable of carrying out the vision of the wise leadership.
In a speech delivered on behalf of all graduates, Khalid Mohammed al Nuaimi thanked Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al Thani for his unlimited supported to the young generation of diplomats.
