Qatar Chamber's board member Ibtihaj Al Ahmadani opened on Friday the fifth edition of Merwad Exhibition. Ahmadani toured the expo's pavillions and got aquainted with the displayed items and designs, which were introduced by designers from five countries.Director of Vouge Event Company Tamader Al Marri attended the opening cermony. Being sponsored by the Qatar Chamber and organised by Vouge Event Company, the five-day event features works of around 130 prominent designers in Qatar alongside those of designers from Kuwait, India, Oman and Turkey. The venue is spread over 6,000 sqm and the expo will feature 140 booths displaying a variety of clothing, particularly abaya.Qatar Chamber Board Member and Chairperson of Qatari Businesswoman Forum Ibtihaj Al Ahmadani will open the expo in the presence of a number of businesswomen and exhibitors.The expo is known for exhibits that showcase innovation and high quality and typically draws a huge number of visitors as well as exhibitors.The expo has become a landmark in the exhibition industry, especially in the field of woman’s fashion and accessories, presenting a variety of distinguished products of abayas.
