The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has affirmed its eagerness on achieving the goals sought by the International Day of Education, which calls on all countries to work together towards transforming into sustainable societies, improving the quality of education at all stages, and providing appropriate quality-education opportunities for all. Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Affairs Maha Al Ruwaili said the ministry develops educational programmes from the pre-university stage all the way to university education. She added that MoEHE worked on providing various alternatives for general education tracks, offering specialized and adult learners education, while not overlooking students with disabilities. (QNA)
