Under the auspices and presence of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, and in the presence of Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces HE Staff Lieutenant General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al Nabit, the Amiri Naval Forces on Thursday inaugurated the coastal defence project at the Umm Al Houl Naval Base.
The inauguration was also attended by Commander of the Qatar Amiri Naval Forces HE Maj Gen (Navy) Abdullah bin Hassan Al Sulaiti, Ambassador of the French Republic to Qatar HE Jean-Baptiste Faivre, Ambassador of the Italian Republic to Qatar HE Paolo Toschi, and a number of senior Qatar Armed Forces officers.page 12
