One of the country's top Lebanese restaurants has now an address at Hyatt Plaza mall, featuring contemporary Lebanese and Arabic cuisine.
To complete their vision in having a diversified offering that serves customers, Hyatt Plaza added the trending Al Sultan restaurant to their food court outlets, a restaurant that blends traditional Lebanese food with healthy and fresh elements, providing everyday a different menu that awakens the senses.
The restaurant was opened by the Ambassador of Lebanon to Qatar HE Hassan Najem and the Ambassador of Ecuador to Qatar HE Kabalan Abisaab.
"The menu at our new restaurant in Hyatt Plaza goes beyond everything we have ever tried. We are introducing new plates that incorporate ingredients rarely tasted outside of Lebanon, and we believe that we are in our full element at Hyatt Plaza since we both share the vision of serving families and communities around Doha," said Johnny Rawass.
Al Sultan, who has earned respect for its special cuisine since 1980, integrates fresh ingredients and modern techniques with traditional Lebanese cooking. The outlet is located at Hyatt Plaza newly renovated food court, a place that offers the best dine out ambiance in Qatar and that gathers a wide range of cuisines, like Arabic, Italian, Asian, Indian, and now Lebanese.
