Commenting on the success of the campaign, DHL Country Manager Nael Attiyat said,"This was a great opportunity to thank our customers who have always trusted our service in the last 35 years. As the longest serving logistics company in Qatar and with more than 50 percent market share, DHL is continuously looking for ways to provide our valued customers with the highest level of service. Having strategically placed 11 service points in key locations is an example of our commitment to ensuring that we provide ease and convenience to our customers across the country."
Customers are the cornerstone of DHL Express continued success, meeting their needs and ensuring their satisfaction is of paramount importance. While acquiring new customers is essential, ultimately it is the loyalty of existing customers that ensures stable business operations all year round. DHL Express strongly believes that the biggest investment made by an organisation should be toward their existing customers in order to ensure faithfulness and brand loyalty.
One of the gold coin winners Dr Navaneethakrishnan K Sidra relates his experience:"It began with a service at DHL Villaggio. After sending a package, I received a phone call about the result of the promo and I was told to collect the coin. And there was a dedicated DHL employee attending promo winners at the reception. I can say everything was well organised and I am glad that I won."
DHL is a pioneer in the Middle East logistics industry. It currently has 261 service centres and service points across 16 countries in the region. It plans to introduce 2 more service points in Qatar by 2017.
