THE Academic Bridge Program organised a blood donation campaign recently in which a large number of ABP students and faculty members took part. The campaign was organised in support with the national blood donation campaign of Qatar. The Events Coordinator Ahmad al Jassim said,"The ABP considers participating in community service very important. Therefore, we organised this blood donation camp in support of the national blood donation campaign of Qatar." Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) provided medical staff and mobile blood donation unit for the camp. The blood donation took place under the supervision of the Department of Health, Safety and Security at Qatar Foundation. (TNN)
