Qatari and regional entrepreneurs revealed their latest projects and innovations in the field of fashion, during their participation in the Arabian Women Exhibition, which kicked off on Friday, and will conclude on Wednesday.
The exhibition, which is held under the auspices of Qatar Chamber (QC) and was inaugurated by Qatar Chamber Board Member and Chairperson of Qatari Businesswomen Forum Ibtihaj Al Ahmadani, includes about 200 local and international pavilions, with the participation of about 150 Qatari businesswomen, as well as businesswomen from the Arab Gulf states, Lebanon, Turkey, Morocco and India.
Director of Vogue Event Company -the organizing entity- Tamader Al Marri said that the exhibition provides a unique platform for Qatari designers to showcase their new collections, after the success of their previous experiences, in addition to other participants from Kuwait, Oman, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Al Marri indicated that the quality of the pieces designed by some of the designers, as well as their ingenuity in the field, shall give them global recognition.
Al Marri expected that the exhibition would witness a great turnout this year, due to the diversity of the products it offers, noting that the exhibition opens its doors from 10:00 to 22:00 throughout the days of the exhibition.
