Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Dr Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi on Tuesday met with Ambassador of Algeria to Qatar HE Dr Mustafa Boutoura on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country.
