Lolwah Al Khater appointed as Minister of State for International Cooperation

His Highness the Amir of State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Wednesday issued Amiri Order No 4 of 2023, appointing HE Lolwah bint Rashid bin Mohammed Al Khater as Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Amiri Order is effective starting from its date of issue, and is to be published in the Official Gazette.
