Doha Port receives two cruise ships

Doha Port received cruise ships 'AIDAcosma' and 'Ocean Odyssey', carrying 5,683 tourists and 1,489 crew members, on Monday. Owned by Vantage Cruise Line and sailing under the Bahamas flag, Ocean Odyssey visited the port on its maiden call to Qatar. It is one of the newest ships in the Boston-based fleet with a length of 104 metres and a width of 18 metres. AIDAcosma, which is operated by Aida Cruises and flies the flag of Italy, made the port call on its penultimate voyage during the ongoing 2022-2023 cruise season. The Germany cruise ship is 337 metres long and 42 metres wide and can accommodate about 6,500 passengers. (TNN)
