The Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach is offering an impressive iftar buffet at Bāzār West Bay, which is located on the ground floor of the hotel.

Chef Omran Assam Aljelda, under the guidance of Executive Chef Vito Fornelli, has put together a remarkable Iftar spread that combines his Syrian culture with Qatari influence.

He aims to bring back warm Ramadan memories for those who visit bāzār West Bay, by incorporating dishes like Foul Medammes and Fatteh, which were permanent fixtures on his family’s Iftar table back in Syria.

The feast beckons on guests to tuck into Ramadan favourites such as Shakriyyeh, Harees, slow-cooked Lamb Ouzi, among others.

Live stations for Shawarma, Kebabs, Grilled Jumbo Prawns, Foul Medammes and Fatteh are sure to win you over.

The dessert counter includes everything from traditional Arabic desserts to popular desserts, and not forget the Crêpe station with unique flavours such as Um Ali Spread, Karak Tea Cream, Saffron Pistachio Spread, and more.

The cool-toned floors with geometrical patterns visible all along the restaurant have been accentuated with tasteful décor to resonate with the Ramadan festivity and spirit.

The Iftar is priced at QR190 per person, kids below six eat for free and children from six to 11 years get a 50 percent discount

The Iftar is available on both UrbanPoint and Entertainer.
