Qatar Charity (QC) has honored the winners of the fourth season of the ‘Initiatives Challenge’ programme, which was launched by the charity during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Speaking at the felicitation ceremony, Faisal Rashid Al-Fehaida, the CEO’s assistant for the Programs and Community Development sector at QC, congratulated the volunteers from the three winning teams. He expressed QC’s pride, as well as of ‘Ezdehar’, an initiative and volunteering incubator, in their distinguished volunteering efforts to serve the community in several vital and important fields.

He also thanked and appreciated the mentors of the initiatives for their continuous efforts in supporting the initiatives, the judges for evaluating the activities of the initiatives according to the criteria, as well as the supervisors of the programme.

He hoped that the programme would contribute to motivating young people to serve their community and development issues, while spreading awareness, paying attention to humanitarian issues, feeling the suffering of others, and providing them with the necessary aid and support.

Eleven initiatives participated in this edition of the ‘Initiatives Challenge’, of which eight completed the challenge, and the three winners were declared after evaluation.
