MES Indian School topped in the Class X CBSE Examination held in March 2023 with a score of 98 per cent.

A total of 608 students, which is the largest number from the school in Qatar, appeared for the Board Examination and the school secured a 100 per cent pass with an impressive number of students securing 90 per cent and above.

Aayida Shamsu with her brilliant performance secured 98 per cent to emerge as the topper, closely followed by Shirline Jovita Xavier Raj with 97.6 per cent and Rania Ahmed Sheikh for the third position with 97.4 per cent.

Students who secured 100 marks in various subjects are: Aayida Shamsu, Nashva Jabin and Nandakishor Santhosh in Mathematics, Souparnika Sunila Rajkumar in English and Rehaan Rajith in Social Science, Nandakishor Santhosh, Sheza Fatima, Nashva Jabin, Sreelakshmi Puthusseri, Hend Kottarathil Muneer and Noora Fathima Purayil in Malayalam, Umm E Aiman, Fatima Siddiqi and Hafsa Mohammed Hamza Shaikh secured a perfect 100 in Urdu.

An astounding number of 21 students secured A1 in all five subjects.

They are: Adeela Naseem Naqi, Rania Ahmed Sheikh, Rehaan Rajith, Fida Theruvath Kallungal Kabeer, Ayana Sameer Nakhwa, Fahad Syed Saifuddin, Sara Tasnim Rahman, Nandakishor Santhosh, Sheza Fatima, Nashva Jabin, Aayida Shamsu, Prarthana Preetha, Hanana Sadik, Ananya Lalu, Belita Tess Siby, Joanna Mary Jetty, Rabee Aman A, Souparnika Sunila Rajkumar, Angeline Maria Laxon, Dhaya Maleeha Malik and Afreen Mohamed Barak.

The top scorers in various subjects are as follows:

Souparnika Sunila Rajkumar topped in English with a maximum of 100. Aayida Shamsu, Nashva Jabin and Nandakishor Santhosh secured 100 marks in Mathematics. Jenesh Satheesh Mathew emerged as topper in Science with 98. Rehaan Rajith became the topper in Social Science with 100 marks.

Fahad Syed Saifuddin and Huzaifa Ahmed Farooqi obtained 99 to become subject toppers of Arabic. Aleena Mariam Jijo became the topper in French with 96.

In Hindi, Rania Ahmed Sheikh became the topper with 99. In Malayalam, Nandakishor Santhosh, Sheza Fatima, Nashva Jabin, Sreelakshmi Puthusseri, Hend Kottarathil Muneer and Noora Fathima Purayil emereged toppers with 100 marks.

In Tamil, Afreen Mohamed Barak, Ilakkiya Velmurugan and Rinu Sakthi Venkatesh scored 99 marks, and in Urdu, Umm E Aiman, Fatima Siddiqi and Hafsa Mohammed Hamza Shaikh scored 100 to become the subject toppers.

The school management and Principal Dr Hameeda Kadar congratulated the students and teachers for their hard work and parents for their relentless support.
