In a remarkable achievement, Mazaya Real Estate Development Company, in collaboration with Al-Namaa Real Estate Development Company, has unveiled significant progress in the Voya Tower project located on Lusail City’s waterfront. During the initial two weeks, an impressive 55% of residential units have already been sold.

Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Thani, a member of Mazaya’s Board of Directors and the CEO, expressed his satisfaction, stating, “Voya is our first contemporary residential tower developed for sale, and we take great pride in witnessing the tremendous demand for this project. It reflects the trust placed in Mazaya Company and its exceptional performance over the past years.” Sheikh Hamad further emphasized the success as a testament to the company’s leadership and its ability to deliver innovative and captivating projects in the real estate sector.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Namaa Real Estate Development Company, Sheikh Faisal bin Fahd Al Thani, also commented on the remarkable demand for ownership in Bourj Foya. He remarked, “The project’s prime location, diverse range of units, and convenient payment options make Voya Residential Tower an excellent opportunity for investors and prospective homeowners.” Sheikh Faisal added, “Our strategic partnership with Mazaya Real Estate Development Company was a wise decision that combined the expertise and capabilities of both companies, resulting in exceptional outcomes that have surpassed expectations.”

The completion of the project is scheduled for 2026. The VOYA residential tower offers 119 modern and practical units, including apartments and chalets, available for purchase. Ranging from one to four bedrooms, these residential units feature balconies that provide breathtaking views of the Lusail waterfront. The tower also offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including outdoor activities, swimming pools, a gym, a health club, and direct access to the beach for recreational and marine sports
