Qatar's population touches all-time high of 2.7 million

DOHA The population of Qatar has reached an all-time high of approximately 2.7 million by the end of May, according to the figures released by the Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics (MDPS). As per the latest figures, the population went up by nearly 0.9%, compared to the April figure of 2,675,522. The population growth saw an annual increase of 4.4 percent.
