The first batch of the Qatar Hajj mission left for Saudi Arabia to prepare for this year’s Hajj season 1444 AH, the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs said on Monday.
Head of Coordination and Follow-up Unit of the Ministry’s Hajj and Umrah Affairs Department Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al Nama said that the first batch includes support units that will work intensively around the clock to create all the appropriate conditions and harness the capacities to prepare for the reception the official delegation of the Qatari Hajj mission.
