The Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani led well-wishers to welcome HH the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah upon his arrival at Hamad International Airport on a fraternal short visit to the State of Qatar on Wednesday.
