Scarpetta has introduced the celebrated Miami Pizza, the award-winning pizzas, to the restaurant’s menu at Waldorf Astoria Lusail, Doha. Guests can now indulge in Dolce Italian’s signature wood-roasted Neapolitan pizzas, curated by Executive Chef Paolo Dorigato, and experience the fusion of Miami’s culinary flair and Italian sophistication in Doha.

Hailing from Miami, Dolce Italian has previously won over acclaimed chefs Tom Colicchio and Gordon Ramsey, earning first place on Bravo TV’s Best New Restaurant food reality series in 2014. Guests at Scarpetta can now experience and indulge in Dolce Italian’s delectable pizzas that impressed these culinary icons.
The Signature Dolce classics include the Startufata pizza with tomato, beef bresaola and truffle oil, and the vegetarian option The Margherita features fresh tomatoes and basil.
The pizzas are available daily during dinner and on Fridays during brunch at Scarpetta.
