Amir sends congratulations to governor-general of Jamaica

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to the Governor-General of Jamaica HE Patrick Linton Allen on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
