What they need at the beginning of their professional career, while the Tamheen programme, which is organised in cooperation with the Bureau of Civil Service and Government Development, and its graduates today represent its fourth batch, Qatari graduates without an educational qualification, by qualifying them to occupy the position of teacher.

She considered the programme pioneering, as it aims to encourage Qatari graduates and attract them to the teaching profession, and provide an opportunity for everyone who is passionate about it.

Al Mohannadi stressed that interest in human development is one of the most prominent pillars of national development and Qatar National Vision 2030, which the ministry, represented by the Training and Educational Development Center, seeks to translate into reality and tangible impact, through a set of pioneering quality training programs that contribute to improving the quality of the educational system in Qatar.
