QIIB has announced the appointment of Mohammed Hassan Al Emadi as chief of Business Relations, reflecting the bank’s commitment to strengthen its cadre with Qatari talents who contribute effectively to its business development efforts.

Mohammed Hassan Al Emadi has extensive experience in banking as he worked for nearly 15 years for Masraf Al Rayyan, during which he held many positions including that of Head of contracting and Real Estate Financing for Corporates, and head of Private Banking at Al Rayan Bank, UK.

Al Emadi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from The Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in the Arab Republic of Egypt, a Professional Manager Certificate from the Professional Managers Foundation at James Madison University School of Business in the United States of America and a certificate in making and executing mortgage offers from the London Institute of Banking and Finance in the United Kingdom.

Commenting on the appointment of Al Emadi as Chief of Business Relations, QIIB Deputy CEO Jamal Abdullah Al Jamal said, “The new appointment is part of the implementation of our strategy in the field of human resources, which focuses on attracting Qataris to important positions, especially at the level of leadership. We are committed to upholding our traditions and policies in considering national employees, particularly those with excellent credentials and noteworthy experiences.”

“QIIB leadership team’s initiative, commitment, and interaction attract distinguished Qatari talents and stimulate new creative energies that contribute to preserving the vitality and sense of innovation that we have always distinguished in the local banking sector.”

Concluding, Al Jamal conveyed his best wishes to Al Emadi for success in his new responsibility at QIIB.

On his part, Mohammed Hassan Al Emadi expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Board of Directors of QIIB and the Executive Management of the bank for their confidence, emphasising that this confidence is an incentive for creativity and teamwork for the benefit and interest of all.
