DOHA: The Criminal Investigation Department has made significant strides in combating theft in the Umm Salal and Al Kheesa areas, with the arrest of three individuals of Arab origin on Friday. The trio's apprehension comes following social media reports of thefts and their confession to a series of thefts that have plagued these regions.
